Further to my last post, we have had a good fall of snow, with cold temperatures and more snow forecast for the end of the week. Hopefully, all the lifts should open on the 16th as planned.

Any news on when any of the lifts are going to get running this winter.

Avoriaz has opened most of it’s domain this weeked and reports are that the skiing is good!
Chatel will be opening all lifts this Saturday (23rd December).
More snow is forecast for this evening so fingers crossed for that.
The farmers are saying the massive dump of snow which is required will come 3 days after the full moon, which will be the 23rd/24th Dec. I’m interested to see if this actually happens!
